Levels and points

There’s four main levels in the game.

Level 1: 12 teams play. 4 games held in this level. For each game the special object and the arena will change, but the difficulty will stay the same throughout the level. The gods, of whom special hidden objects will be used in one of the games, for the level are Hephaestus, Hermes, Apollo and Artemis. Once the 4 games have been played, the 3 teams who have made the least amount of points will be disqualified.

Level 2: 9 teams will remain and play. 3 games are held in this level. For each game the special object and the arena will change, but the difficulty will stay the same throughout the level. The gods, of whom special hidden objects will be used in one of the games, for the level are Ares, Aphrodite and Athena. Once the 3 games have been played, the 3 teams who have made the least amount of points will be disqualified.

Level 3: The 6 teams that remain will play. 2 games are held in this level. These are the pre-finals. For each game the special object and the arena will change, but the difficulty will stay the same throughout the level. The gods, of whom special hidden objects will be used in one of the games, for the level are Hera and Demeter. Once the 2 games have been played, the 3 teams who have made the most amount of points will pass to the finals.

Level 4: The 3 remaining teams are to play 3 finals in between them. The rules are all the same as the previous levels, changing special objects, changing arena but the games will be equally difficult as the others in this level. The gods, of whom special hidden objects will be used in one of the games, for the level are Poseidon, Zeus and Hades. The team who makes the most points, adding up their scores from these 3 games, will be the winner.

Point System

For each time a cobra tags out a bull, fox, falcon or cobra from another team they get 15 points
For each time a team finds one of the 12 equal wooden pieces that are hidden around the arena they get 20 points (these can be only found by bulls, fox, falcons or cobras)
For each time a little gnome iis captured the team will get 25 points (it only counts if no harm is done to the gnome, since after the game the gnomes are freed and return to nature)

100 points are given to the cheetah whose team found the special object for bringing it back to their base.
120 points are given if another team's cheetah manages to steal the object from the other cheetah and bring it to their base.

Important Notes

Once the special object is found a horn is blown and all players must stop participating except for the three cheetahs who will now bring it back to their base.
The easy ways for earning points aren’t very common, never have all 12 pieces been found, all gnomes have been captured or everyone has been tagged out.

Cabin Twenty-Two
This is the cabin for the kids of the less popular gods who’ve rarely had children with mortals.

For the virgin olympians who do not have any demi-children, Gaea has created special spots in honor of them at the island. You can learn more about these in the locations section.

Each cabin has one or two, girl and boy, counselors that are voted by the rest of the campers (with the exception of the big three demi-children due to the fact there’s rarely any of them, the counselors of this cabins are just chosen by who has been there the most).

The Cabins: Where the campers reside and spend some of their free time. They are free to decorate their cabins as they please as it is their own space. The showers / restrooms are located in a medium sized building behind the cabins.

Hestia’s Hangout: Often crowded with happy campers, Hestia's hangout is the go-to spot. Ping-pong matches, singalongs, games nights, parties. You name it. The hearths magical fire burns brightly, day and night. Reflecting beautiful orange and red flames. Besides the main room where the campers usually gather, Hestia’s hangout has a few others attached, where the newer campers stay before they get claimed by their godly parents.

Artemis’ Training Grounds: Where demigods are trained in terms of combat and their god given gifts. As well as a place for Artemis’ huntresses to practice when they visit Camp Cosmo. If you see the zeus kids dueling, keep your distance. Getting electrocuted isn't the most pleasant.

Jungle Clash’s Arena: The ever changing arena of the infamous Camp Cosmo’s very own game. Here is where all of the camp games are held every few weeks so that the campers can practice their strategy and battle techniques. Besides the game, this part of the island isn’t very visited by the campers. After all, you never know what mortal secrets the arena holds.

Stingray Shore: The beach is located to the north of the island. This is where the water sports and various other activities take place. Yes, including tanning. The aphrodite kids know all about that. It is quite a popular spot on the island where most go to relax. The poseidon kids? yeah.. they're seeing who can stay underwater the longest. Always a competition.

The Campfire: A large enchanted flame that glows a variety of colours, depending on the reason for its lightning. Whether it's simply for warmth, to mourn the loss of fellow campers or celebrate their succession.

Cafeteria: This is where each meal of the day is served. An outside dining area overlooking stingray shore in which food and laughter is often exchanged. There are designated areas for each cabin, it is preferred they sit together.

Crops Garden: Well this is one way to pay the bills. Demeter, goddess of the harvest, and her children are in charge of the crops. A shortage of food never poses a threat to Camp Cosmo. Spare crops are usually sold to the mainland in order to keep the camp running.

The West Wood: Nobody knows what danger may lurk within the west wood, this area being the only section of the island not protected by the magical boundary. Campers can be found, during the day, training and venturing through the wood. Nobody sane dare explore at night.

The Forge: The place where weapons are created because who wants a plastic sword from walmart? All campers have the opportunity to create their custom equipment. Although this isn't everyone's forte.. You may want to ask a Hephaestus kid to lend a hand.

Vineyard: Let's take a moment to thank the Dionysus kids for this one. Their vineyards are quite the attraction. From wine tasting to grape-treading. Mr D. can usually be found here, not offering wine to underage kids.. I hope.

Ares Armory: Named after the god of war? it truly speaks for itself. The armory is divided, each cabin has particular weapons suited to them. Ranging from swords and spears to magical armour, it holds the gear a demigod could only dream of acquiring.

Gaea and the camp directors are currently working on bringing new activities for the camp. Come back later!

The game consists of a basic concept of finding hidden objects around an arena. Of course this arena is not just a plain piece of land but more of like a well, jungle kind of rough area with booty traps and little gnomes that move around the said objects. There’s 13 objects in total, 12 wooden pieces that represent each god and 1 golden special one. The arena shifts with each game, never being the same and the special piece also changes with each game, representing a different god depending on the levels. The game is played between 3 teams, each competing with the other 2 and each team has 12 players (the positions will be listed later on). Games are held once every two weeks.

If there’s been any mistakes, or you disagree with anything that has been established or created by the admins. please let us know! we are human and may also make mistakes and are open to some suggestions, this doesn’t mean that we will change everything you suggest! but we will gladly hear any ideas.

No fighting, shading, bullying or attacking will be allowed. if you have any problems with the admins of the group or any members please be civilized about it and talk it out, we will not accept any childish behavior.

Remember that the big three have made a pact to not have many kids with mortals and therefore, demigods from poseidon, zeus or hades are very rare. try and spice it up and go for other godly parents as well so we do not have to cap it.

In case you want to join but aren't sure what faceclaim to use that would fit in the group, here's some of the admins suggestions

Positions

Cobras: Players who are in charge of attacking and tagging out Falcons, Bulls and Foxes when they are looking for the special objects. They may also find hidden wooden objects or capture gnomes. There’s 4 of these per team.

Falcons: Players who are in charge of looking for the special objects and give them to their team’s Cheetah. They may also protect themselves and fight Cobras, find hidden wooden objects or capture gnomes. There’s 2 of these per team.

Bulls: Players who are meant to defend Cheetahs, Falcons, and Foxes of their team from the other team’s Cobras. They may also find hidden wooden objects or capture gnomes. There’s 4 of these per team.

Cheetahs: Person who is in charge of sprinting back to the base with the special object their team Cobra found or stealing it from another Cheetah once it’s been found. There’s only one per team. As they are the only that can’t be attacked, all Cheetah’s must wear a special badge to be identified.

Foxes: Person who handles the more strategic part of the game, they guide the others through the body traps and help find the special object by logical thinking. They may also protect themselves and fight Cobras, find hidden wooden objects or capture gnomes. There’s only one per team.

Important Notes

The special objects are hidden in some way that’s related to the god they belong to.

To tag someone out the Cobras must steal the piece of cloth their opponent is wearing. All Cobras, Bulls, Foxes and Falcons must wear a piece of cloth with the color of their team wrapped somewhere visible around their body, once they lose it, they are out.

Each team has a special set of uniforms, this is a set of shorts and shirt with the color and representative symbol for each of their godly parents. (Except, of course, for the minor gods team whose uniform is chosen by them.)

Teams

The teams at the camp represent the main olympians such as Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Demeter, Ares, Athena, Apollo, Hades, Hermes, Hephaestus, and Aphrodite, and are usually made up by their demichildren.

The remaining teams are made up by campers of any other cabin’s, the color and symbol are free to be decided by the team’s captain as they please.

Other campers can also fill in spots for cabins who don’t have enough members to form a full team, example Zeus, Poseidon and Hades teams.
